With the current league average for BABIP in the low .290s for SPs these 20 listed pitchers have seen the worst luck of all starting pitchers when the baseball has been put into play. BABIP is a great way to see if a pitcher has an artificially inflated (or deflated) ERA during, before, or after a season. Just compare the players BABIP to the league average BABIP and you can see whether or not they're due for a regression. With the half way mark approaching this week, these are the SPs I would be targeting for the 2nd half. They are all due to improve their stats and therefore help you win your league. You should attempt to grab at least one of the listed players and their value is currently lower than when drafted.
